The Magnolia Room
The Magnolia room is a tranquil retreat for those who need a break. The subtle green of this room will help you to relax and unwind from the day. The hand painted magnolia flower, that gives this room its name is a beautiful touch to an already wonderful space. The hand cut tile and glass enclosed shower, show off the fine workmanship of our local craftsmen who helped complete this project. This space is complete with a king size bed and classic views of the Historic District of downtown Sulphur Springs. There is plenty of space for your shopping bags from your daily adventures.

Mike and Janelle: We appreciated how much Ben and Allison went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Our stay was enjoyable because the room was clean and comfortable, the accessibility was convenient to downtown, meeting new people during breakfast was impactful, and the atmosphere extremely positive. Allison was an excellent cook providing delicious food to start our day. We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before and we would highly recommend this one. We appreciate both of you! The only thing we would suggest is provide lighting to the back entrance door for safety reasons. Thank you!
